Validity

  • You can travel to Jungfraujoch from Grindelwald (by mountain train) or Grindelwald Terminal (by the new high-speed Eiger Express cable car), and descend to Lauterbrunnen.
  • After reaching Kleine Scheidegg or Eigergletscher, you will transfer to the red Jungfrau Railway.
  • The Jungfrau Railway passes through a 7,122-meter tunnel, with 5-minute stops at Eigerwand and Eismeer for sightseeing, before arriving at Europe’s highest railway station — Jungfraujoch Top of Europe.
  • This ticket is valid for the following routes and can only be used once:
  • Route A (Mountain train from Grindelwald): Grindelwald - Kleine Scheidegg - Jungfraujoch - Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen - Lauterbrunnen.
  • Route B (Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal): Grindelwald Terminal - Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch - Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen - Lauterbrunnen.
  • The ascent from Grindelwald Terminal is quicker (15 minutes over 6.48 km). If you're concerned about health, it’s recommended to take the mountain train from Grindelwald.
  • This ticket cannot be used for travel to Interlaken Ost. If you wish to disembark at a station not listed in the routes above, please note it during booking to avoid additional charges.
  • This is a one-way ticket, valid for same-day use only.

  • This ticket is valid for the following routes and can only be used once, with no re-rides allowed:
    • Route A: Grindelwald Terminal (take the new high-speed Eiger Express cable car) - Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch - Eigergletscher - Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen - Lauterbrunnen.
    • Route B: Grindelwald Village (take the traditional mountain train) - Kleine Scheidegg - Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch - Eigergletscher - Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen - Lauterbrunnen.
  • This ticket cannot be used for travel to Interlaken Ost. If you plan to disembark at a station not listed in the routes above, please ensure to note it during booking to avoid any additional charges on-site.
  • Does this ticket include the red Jungfrau Bahn train? Yes.
    This ticket includes the iconic red Jungfrau Bahn, which operates between: Kleine Scheidegg → Eigergletscher → Eismeer → Jungfraujoch

  • Can I take the yellow-green mountain train (WAB) with this ticket? Yes.
    This ticket includes travel on the yellow-green Wengernalp Railway (WAB) between Lauterbrunnen and Kleine Scheidegg, as part of both valid routes.

  • Can I take the brown-yellow mountain train (BLM) with this ticket?
    No, this ticket does not include the Lauterbrunnen–Mürren Rail & Cableway (BLM).
  • The BLM line runs from Lauterbrunnen → Grütschalp → Winteregg → Mürren, operated by Bergbahn Lauterbrunnen–Mürren (BLM).
  • If you wish to visit Mürren or take this scenic route, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket or ensure your Swiss Travel Pass or Half Fare Card covers it.
  • Can I take the Eiger Express cable car (opened in 2022) with this ticket? Yes!
    The ticket includes the Eiger Express for the segment between Grindelwald Terminal and Eigergletscher.
  • This state-of-the-art cableway offers a fast and scenic ride to connect with the Jungfrau Railway to the summit.
  • How many stations are there in Grindelwald?
    Grindelwald has three stations:
  1. Grindelwald (Main Station)

    This is the primary station when arriving from Interlaken.

    It's located in the village center and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and accommodations.

  2. Grindelwald Grund

    A lower station located on the way up to Kleine Scheidegg by traditional mountain train.

    About 8 minutes by train from Grindelwald Main Station.

  3. Grindelwald Terminal

    The new cable car station, serving the Eiger Express to Eigergletscher.

    Located about a 15–20 minute walk from Grindelwald Main Station, along a scenic shopping street.

Ticket information

  • For travelers holding a Eurail Pass, Swiss Travel Pass (STP), or Swiss Half Fare Card, the Lauterbrunnen – Wengen route is included in the pass.
  • Ticket prices vary depending on your selected travel date, divided into two seasonal price ranges. To check the price for your preferred date, please use the date selection tool on this webpage.
    • 2025
      • Saison 1 Price: Applies to months outside of June, July, and August
      • Saison 2 Price: Applies to June, July, and August
    • 2026
      • Season 1 Price: December 14, 2025 – April 30, 2026; November 1 – December 12,
      • Season 2 Price: May 1 – October 31, 2026
         
  • This is a one-time ticket and must be used on the selected date of travel.
  • Swiss Half Fare Card Discount: You must hold a valid Swiss Half Fare Card to purchase and use this discounted ticket.
  • Free Infant Travel: Children under 6 years old on the day of travel can ride for free when accompanied by an adult holding a valid Jungfraujoch ticket. It is recommended to carry the child’s passport for age verification during ticket inspections.
  • Free Child Travel: Children aged 6 to under 16 on the first day of travel can travel for free with a Swiss Family Card, provided their parents hold a valid Swiss Travel Pass (STP) or Swiss Half Fare Card. No additional ticket is required for the child.
  • Child Ticket Purchase:
    Children aged 6 to under 16 on the first day of travel who do not have a Swiss Family Card have two ticket options:
  • Jungfraujoch Child Ticket CHF 20
  • CHF 30 Junior Card, available for purchase at SBB ticket counters after arriving in Switzerland
  • Group Discount: Groups of 10 or more people are eligible for group pricing. Please contact your travel consultant for details.
  • Accessibility: Travelers requiring a wheelchair are entitled to a free ticket. Please present your official disability certificate when purchasing your ticket and inform your travel consultant of your exact travel time so arrangements can be made with local staff. Accompanying persons are not eligible for free travel and must purchase a regular ticket.

§ 瑞士半價卡優惠 : 須持有瑞士半價卡 Swiss Half fare card 才能使用此票價。
§ 免費幼兒:適用於搭乘日當天未滿 6 歲的兒童,不需購票,即可與持有少女峰車票的成人一同上山,搭乘時建議備妥幼兒護照,以便查票臨時抽查證明之用。
§ 免費兒童:旅行首日當天滿 6 歲未滿 16 歲的兒童,若同行的父母有買瑞士旅行通行證(Swiss Travel Pass, STP)、瑞士半價卡(Half Fare Card, HFC)且有開立瑞士家庭卡 Swiss Family Card,則兒童可憑瑞士家庭卡 Swiss Family Card 免費上山,不須額外購票。
§ 購票兒童:旅行首日當天滿 6 歲未滿 16 歲的兒童,若沒有家庭卡,有兩種兒童票可購買:(1) 少女峰兒童票 CHF20;(2) 抵達瑞士後再於當地 SBB 火車站櫃台購買 CHF30 的 Junior Card。
§ 10 人 (含) 以上享有團體價格,請洽旅遊顧問
§ 身障者如需要使用輪椅前往,將享有免費票,購票時請出示您的殘疾人士登記證,並告知您的旅遊顧問確切搭乘時間,以便告知當地服務人員安排,陪同人員無免費票須購買一般票價。

§ 購買後開立的是兌換券,乘車前,請持兌換券(Voucher)至任一少女峰地區火車站兌換正式票券,且須於兌換券(Voucher)上的有效期限內 ( Validity ) 兌換為正式票券,逾期則視為無效。
§ 購票時請備註搭乘方向。
§ 如尚未兌換為正式票券可於開票日 12 個月內辦理退票,但需收取退票手續費新台幣 400 元。
§ 兌換為正式票券後,即無退、換票價值。
§ 旺季期間(七月、八月)如因現場登山人數已達上限,無法上山,請於現場請站務人員蓋上「NOT USED TECHNICAL PROBLEM」之戳章並簽名,且於蓋章日 3 個月內辦理全額退票,退票將不收取手續費新台幣 400 元。
§ 此兌換券,若遺失或遭竊,都無法要求補發或退款。提醒您要將票券如現金、證件般收妥,以確保旅程順利。
