Our consultants carry up-to-date, on-the-ground knowledge of European rail in 2026. Whether you're starting from scratch or already have an AI draft, we'll build on what you have — keeping what works and fixing what won't.

- Price is per person and is not a deposit
- A separate deposit will be required to confirm bookings for transportation and accommodation
- Travel must depart within 6 months*of purchase
This fee can be credited toward your final trip cost:
- Final purchase ? 80% of quoted amount → Full credit (consultation is effectively free)
- Final purchase < 80% of quoted amount → 50% credit applied
Example: If your trip is quoted at NT$100,000 and you purchase NT$80,000 or more in services, the consultation fee is fully credited back.
Consultation Process
STEP1 Choose a Consultation Time
- Book a time that works for you. Contact us on LINE to arrange availability.
STEP2 Provide Your Trip Ideas
- You can be as general as “Switzerland, 8 days, Glacier Express, family of 2 adult and 2 children.”
- Or as detailed as “Neuschwanstein Castle, Paris, Amsterdam, Eurostar First Class, 3-star+ hotels, 8 nights, budget TWD 80,000 for transport & hotels.”
STEP3 Discuss the Details
- We’ll schedule a session to talk through your interests, past travel, and priorities. This can be done online or in person. Afterward, we’ll provide a draft itinerary.
STEP4 Quotation
- Once the outline is agreed, we’ll send a detailed quotation.
- Note: The itinerary outline can be revised up to 2 times.
STEP5 Confirm & Pay Deposit
- A deposit of at least TWD 10,000 per person is required (amount may vary by trip length). After payment, you’ll receive detailed arrangements (e.g., hotels, train schedules).
- Note: Minor changes are allowed up to 2 times after deposit, subject to availability.
STEP6 Pre-Departure
- Pay the remaining balance by the due date.
- We’ll provide a pre-trip briefing (ticket use, itinerary notes, reminders), either online or in person.
- The final printed itinerary is prepared before departure (1 copy per group). Extra requests (English version, special guides, etc.) can be quoted separately.
