Service Overview
In-person course
- Class dates in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung can be found in the calendar below. A minimum of two participants is required to open a class. Registration must be completed at least three business days in advance.
Participation Rules
- Companions are not permitted. Any additional attendees on site must pay the course fee.
- It is recommended to purchase your ticket or pass before attending. Those who have not purchased a rail pass are not advised to register for this course.
- For group registration, please purchase the “In-person or Online Consultation for Groups” service.
- Participants must bring the mobile phone they will use during travel.
- Recording and filming are strictly prohibited.

Consultation Process
STEP1 Select a Date
- Click the calendar under “Choose Date” to select your preferred class date. Dates without available sessions cannot be selected.
- If the chosen date does not offer your preferred city, try another date to view options.
STEP2 Confirm if You Have Already Purchased a Pass
For customers who already purchased
If you have purchased a FeiDa Rail Pass, please use the free booking link provided in your confirmation email to register.
Customers who purchased passes elsewhere are also welcome to join by paying the course fee.
For customers who have not yet purchased
You may register for this paid course to quickly understand the structure and usage of rail passes.
The course fee cannot be deducted from the pass price, but it will save you considerable time and effort.
STEP3 Choose Your City
Taipei
- Schedule: Last Friday of each month (moved to the prior Friday if it falls on a public holiday)
- Class size: Maximum 20 people (30 people in May, June, and July)
- Suspend once in February 2026.
- Have class in the fourth week of July 2026.
- Time: 11:00 to 12:00
- Location: FeiDa Travel Taipei Office
- Address: 10F-6, No. 168, Sec. 3, Nanjing East Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei (MRT Nanjing Fuxing Exit 2)
Taichung
- Schedule: Last Thursday of each month (moved to the prior Thursday if it falls on a public holiday)
- Class size: Maximum 7 people (10 people in May, June, and July)
- Due to a national holiday in December, the date is changed to Wednesday, December 23.
- Suspend once in February 2026.
- Have class in the fourth week of July 2026.
- Time: 11:00 to 12:00
- Location: Heshi Co-working Space
- Address: 31F, No. 489, Sec. 2, Taiwan Blvd., West Dist., Taichung
Kaohsiung
- Schedule: Classes are scheduled on the last Wednesday of January, April, and October 2026, and on the Wednesday of the fourth week of July 2026.
- Class size: Maximum 7 people (10 people in July)
- Time: 11:00 to 12:00
- Location: FeiDa Travel Kaohsiung Branch
- Address: 5F, No. 282, Zhonghua 4th Rd., Qianjin Dist., Kaohsiung
Tainan
- Schedule: Classes are scheduled on the Tuesday of the fourth week of May and August 2026.
- Class size: Maximum 10 people
- Time: 11:00 to 12:00
- Location: Travel Service Center Tainan Office
- Address: 10F, No. 243, Sec. 1, Minquan Rd., West Central Dist., Tainan
