【Voucher Redemption Location】
The ticket you purchased is a voucher and must be redeemed at one of the following locations:
You can take the free Zermatt local bus, which departs every 20 minutes from the Zermatt railway station, to reach these stations.
§ A deposit of CHF 5 is required when exchanging for the pass.
You can get your CHF 5 deposit back by returning the undamaged beeping card (keycard) after your trip.
Cards can be returned at the base stations of Gornergrat, Rothorn, or Matterhorn Glacier Paradise in the town of Zermatt.

With a mountain excursion voucher issued by Feida Travel (or a Swiss Travel Pass), you can take the Red Line and Green Line buses free of charge.

The shortest and most efficient one-way travel times to the summits of the three mountains are as follows:
§ Ticket prices vary depending on your departure date and are divided into three seasonal price ranges.
§ To check ticket prices for different departure dates, please select your desired date using the calendar tool on this webpage.
§ The pricing seasons are as follows:
- Regular season: May, September, October
- Summer season: June, July, August
- Winter season: November to April (November, December, January, February, March, April)
§ For passes longer than 4 days, please contact your travel advisor.
§ Free admission for infants: Children under the age of 9 on the day of travel can ride for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. It is recommended to carry the child’s passport for random ticket inspections.
§ Free admission for children: Children aged 9 to under 16 on the first day of travel can travel for free if accompanied by parents holding a valid Swiss Travel Pass (STP) or Swiss Half Fare Card (HFC) along with a Swiss Family Card.
§ Children requiring tickets: Children aged 9 to under 16 on the first day of travel without a Swiss Family Card can:
Purchase a child ticket at 50% of the adult fare, or
Buy a Junior Card for CHF 30 at an SBB ticket counter in Switzerland.
§ STS discount: Available for adults holding a Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card; usage counts as one travel day.
§ Passports must be presented when redeeming the voucher to verify age and name.
§ Passengers with disabilities who require a wheelchair and a companion may be eligible for one free ticket. Please present a valid disability identification card at the time of purchase.
