§ Ticket prices vary by travel date, categorized into three seasonal periods.
§ Use the date selector on the website to check the price for your departure date.
§ Seasons: Basic (May, June, Sept, Oct), High (July, Aug), Snow (Nov–Apr).
§ Free for infants: Children under the age of 9 on the day of travel can ride for free when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket. It is recommended to carry the child’s passport for age verification during random inspections.
§ Free for children: Children who are 9 years old but under 16 on the first day of travel can also ride for free, provided their accompanying parents hold a Swiss Travel Pass (STP) or a Swiss Half Fare Card (HFC) and have issued a Swiss Family Card. In this case, the child travels for free without the need to purchase an additional ticket.
§ Child fare: Children aged 9 to under 16 without a Swiss Family Card can:

1. Purchase a child ticket, which is 50% of the adult fare, or
2. Upon arrival in Switzerland, buy a Junior Card at the SBB railway station counter for CHF 30.

§ STS Discount : Adults with a Swiss Travel Pass ( STP ) or Swiss Half-Fare Card ( HFC ) are eligible for discounted tickets. A travel day must be used for STP.
§ When redeeming your ticket, you must present your passport to verify your name and age.
§ Travelers with disabilities who require wheelchair assistance and are accompanied by another person may have one free companion ticket. Please present your disability certificate at the time of purchase.

§ Cable cars do not operate year-round. Please inform your travel consultant of your preferred travel date when purchasing.
