§ Matterhorn Glacier Paradise boasts Europe’s highest-altitude mountain cable car and viewing platform. Don’t miss the opportunity to ride the Matterhorn cable car to view the iconic Matterhorn, the inspiration for the Toblerone logo.
§ Europe’s largest summer ski area is located here, with up to 21 km of slopes depending on snow conditions. The Gravity Park’s halfpipe, jumps, and race courses attract snowboarders and freestyle skiers.

【 Switzerland - Voucher Redemption Location】
 

• Tickets must be exchanged at the base station of the Zermatt Matterhorn Glacier Paradise  (Tel: +41 27 966 01 01).
• Free green shuttle buses from Zermatt train station run every 20 minutes.
• With a voucher issued by Feida Travel (or a valid Swiss Travel Pass), you can ride the Red and Green line buses in Zermatt for free.

With a mountain excursion voucher issued by Feida Travel (or a Swiss Travel Pass), you can take the Red Line and Green Line buses free of charge.

【 Italy Routes】
 

• Zermatt to Cervinia: includes access to all mountain areas.
• Zermatt - Testa Grigia：includes only the route from Zermatt to Testa Grigia.

§ Ticket prices vary by travel date, categorized into three seasonal periods.
§ Use the date selector on the website to check the price for your departure date.
§ Seasons: Basic (May, June, Sept, Oct), High (July, Aug), Snow (Nov–Apr).
§ Crystal Ride cabins (transparent floor): Extra CHF 10 per one-way segment. e.g., Trockener Steg to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise is CHF 10 extra. Add another CHF 10 to continue to Testa Grigia (total CHF 20). Regular cabins for return trips do not require additional payment.
§ Crystal Ride surcharge does not qualify for Swiss Travel System (STS) discounts.
§ Free for infants: Children under 9 years old on the day of travel ride for free with a valid ticket-holding adult. Bring passport for age verification.
§ Free for children: Children aged 9–15 with a valid Swiss Family Card and accompanying parent(s) with Swiss Travel Pass or Half Fare Card.
§ Paid child tickets: Children aged 9–15 without a Family Card can (1) buy a half-price ticket or (2) purchase a CHF 30 Junior Card at any SBB station in Switzerland.
§ STS Discount: Applies to holders of the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card. Requires use of a travel day.
§ Passport required at ticket exchange for age and identity verification.
§ For travelers with disabilities: If using a wheelchair and requiring assistance, one companion may travel free of charge (proof of disability required at ticketing).
