Validity
- This ticket allows you to take a round-trip train journey from Lauterbrunnen to the summit of Jungfraujoch.
- The route begins in Lauterbrunnen and takes you to Kleine Scheidegg, where you will transfer to the iconic red Jungfrau Railway.
- The Jungfrau Railway travels through a 7,122-meter-long tunnel, with two scenic stops at Eigerwand and Eismeer stations, each offering a 5-minute pause for panoramic views. The journey ends at Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, the highest railway station in Europe.
- This ticket is valid for a one-time round trip only on the following route:
Lauterbrunnen – Kleine Scheidegg – Jungfraujoch – Kleine Scheidegg – Lauterbrunnen. - Travel beyond the specified route, including to or from Interlaken Ost, is not included. If you plan to board or disembark at any stations not listed above, please inform us at the time of booking to avoid additional charges at the station.
- This is a single-use ticket and must be used within the same day.

- Ticket prices vary depending on your travel date and are divided into two seasonal pricing periods. To check the applicable fare, please select your travel date using the calendar function on this page.
- 2025
- Season 1 Price: Applies to all months except June, July, and August
- Season 2 Price: Applies to June, July, and August
- 2026
- Season 1 Price: December 14, 2025 – April 30, 2026; November 1 – December 12, 2026
- Season 2 Price: May 1 – October 31, 2026
- This is a single-use ticket, valid for same-day travel only.
- Eurail / STP Discount: This fare is only available to travelers holding a valid Eurail Pass or Swiss Travel Pass (STP).
- Eurail Pass: Does not use up a travel day.
- STP: Will consume a travel day.
- Free for infants: Children under 6 years old on the travel date can ride for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid Jungfraujoch ticket. It is recommended to carry the child’s passport for verification during random checks.
- Free for children: Children aged 6 to under 16 on the first day of travel can travel for free with a Swiss Family Card, if their accompanying parent holds a Swiss Travel Pass (STP) or Swiss Half Fare Card (HFC).
- Child tickets (if no Swiss Family Card):
- (1) Jungfraujoch child ticket: CHF 20
- (2) Junior Card: CHF 30, available for purchase at any SBB train station upon arrival in Switzerland
- Group rate: Groups of 10 or more are eligible for discounted group rates. Please contact your travel advisor for booking.
- Passengers with disabilities: Wheelchair users are eligible for a free ticket upon presentation of a valid disability ID. Please inform your travel advisor of your intended travel time in advance to allow staff to make appropriate arrangements. Accompanying persons must purchase a regular ticket.
Itinerary Route
- This ticket is valid only for a one-time journey on the following route:
Lauterbrunnen – Kleine Scheidegg – Jungfraujoch – Kleine Scheidegg – Lauterbrunnen. - No repeat travel is allowed.
- Travel to or from Interlaken Ost is not included in this ticket.
If you plan to get on or off at any stations not listed above, please inform us at the time of booking, otherwise, additional charges may apply on the spot.
