  • Aftersales: The same as regular fare passes. Only unused and non-activated rail passes are eligible for refunds and are subject to a TWD 400 handling fee. Late requests will not be accepted.

How to use?

To access your electronic ticket, please find your confirmation email, download the Rail Planner app, complete the required information, to activate it. This will generate QR Codes for you to use to board the train. Further instructions can be found in the "Usage Guide" section of the email.

How to make reservations?

At the train station, on railway carrier websites, manual reservation with GoByTrain.

EIP – a seat reservation (43,00 PLN) is mandatory (this includes the supplement cost)
EIC – a seat reservation (3,00 PLN) is recommended
IC and TLK – a seat reservation (3,00 PLN) is mandatory for selected trains

Terms of Use

§ 天數/效期: 使用之天數效期 1 個月效期內任選 3, 4, 5, 6 或 8 天。
§ 艙等：分為頭等艙或普通艙。
§ 成人票：28 歲(含) 以上為成人票。
§ 青年票：適用於乘車時已滿 12 歲至未滿 28 歲之青年。
§ 熟齡票：適用於乘車時已滿 60 歲，不得單獨與使用兒童免費票之兒童一起旅行。
§ 兒童免費票：乘車時滿 4 歲未滿 12 歲之兒童與成人同行免費，一定要買成人票，不適用於青年票或熟齡票，每位成人可攜帶至多兩名滿 4 歲未滿 12 歲兒童（不需為血親或親戚），兒童免費票一定要跟成人的火車通行證在同一個裝置上使用，兒童和成人必須有同樣的 country of residence。此票券乃售價為零之票券，開立時需附上兒童資料，並支付開票手續費。若兒童不與成人同行，或沒有和成人的火車通行證一同開立，則須支付票價。無論是否與成人同行，兒童若需訂位，皆需額外支付訂位費。
§ 幼兒：乘車時未滿 4 歲不佔位幼兒可與大人免費同行，不需開票。
§ 飛達旅遊官網購票不需支付開票手續費，如需旅遊諮詢顧問人工開票，則需另加收開票手續費 10 歐元起。
§ 依各國提供之優惠不同，可享各式周邊優惠，如高級高速列車、市區地鐵、跨國或境內巴士、Outlet Shopping Bus、渡輪、登山纜車、腳踏車租賃、訂房、餐廳消費、城堡或博物館門票折扣、專人景點導覽等優惠。
§ 周邊優惠請依現場公告為主，部分優惠需要使用到火車通行證一個旅遊日，優惠內容可能會有變動或調整，恕不另行通知。
§ 您可以在 Rail Planner app 內的 More 功能列表查詢 Pass Benefits (周邊優惠) 內容，包含持通行證可搭乘的機場接駁，周邊優惠請依現場公告為主，部分優惠需要使用到火車通行證一個旅遊日，優惠內容可能會有變動或調整，恕不另行通知。
§ 實體消費，請出示 Rail Planner app 讓店員看 My Pass 頁面以獲得折扣。線上消費，請輸入 Pass Number (在您完成訂購後所收到的 Confirmation 信中，中英夾雜 6 位數代碼) 獲得折扣。
§ 此票券為電子票，無紙本票種。
§ 您需要在手機上安裝 Rail Planner 應用程式，然後在 Rail Planner 中載入您的火車通行證，以供全程旅行使用。請確認您的手機符合系統要求：iOS 13.0 以上；Android 6.0 以上。
§ 僅限持有「歐洲、英國、土耳其、俄羅斯以外之國家」護照或政府發放之正式居留證明的旅客可以購買或使用。
§ 火車通行證須於開立後 11 個月內生效，過期則自動失效。
§ 應於第一次登上火車前或使用額外優惠前生效 Activate 您的火車通行證：在 Eurail Rail Planner App 後輸入姓氏、通行證號碼，即可選擇將 Pass 生效 Activate。
§ 第一次登上火車前須在 App 中建立您的旅程 Trip、將 Trip 與 Pass 連結，旅程內的所有火車路段 Journey 也需登錄並確定已 Add to pass，以備車長查驗。如果你在 App 中找不到你要的火車路段請選擇手動輸入，請務必使用車站全名與正確時間。
§ 至少每三天需開啟 App 上線，如未上線，系統將會在 24hrs 前提醒。
§ 部分車站的閘門需使用 App 中的 QRCode 打開，如閘門未開請洽站務人員。
§ 搭乘「夜車」遇到查票時，請出示「上車日」那天的 Ticket。若在夜車下車後，要搭乘另一班火車（等於夜車上車日的隔天），並將這段 Journey 加進 Pass，app 會提醒你這會佔用另一個 Travel Day。
§ 火車通行證並未包含訂位費，搭乘高級高速列車、景觀列車、夜車等，多數規定需事先訂位。即使是不需訂位之長程火車、熱門路線，遇旅遊旺季或特殊節日時，位子容易客滿，建議仍需事先預訂座位，若無訂位請找未標示 ”RESERVED” 的位子乘坐。持火車通行證訂位，可享歐聯特惠訂位價格，但優惠位子有限，敬請盡早訂位。
§ 凡火車經過的國家必須具備適用於該國的火車通行證及簽證 (包括未下車但列車經過的國家)。
§ 如果加載火車通行證的手機遺失了，請您立即洽詢當地火車站內的 Eurail 服務台，或聯繫您的旅遊諮詢顧問，為您人工辦理遺失補發火車通行證，但需 2-5 個工作天。等待補發火車通行證期間若您需要搭乘火車，有任何額外購票支出，將無法申請求償。
§ 未生效狀態、完全未使用的火車通行證方得申請退票，可退票價金額 100%，但開票手續費不可退款，退票時將另外收取每張票 TWD400 退票手續費。退票必須在開票日起一年內辦理。
§ 若您因為罷工、班車延誤、接駁中斷及行李被竊或遺失而蒙受損失，歐洲國鐵與其合作的鐵路單位將無法對您的損失負責。如遇上列緊急事件，您可依循更改或退票相關規定，洽詢您的旅遊顧問。
§ 如遇票券問題（補票搭乘、罷工、車長不認識該票種、恐怖攻擊...等特殊狀況）需辦理退換票、賠償手續，請先向當地火車站櫃台取得相關證明文件，若是實體訂位票卡，須請站務人員在票上蓋「UNUSED」章（章應有日期、火車站名），並於列車出發日 30 天內，將所有票券含即證明文件都帶回，以利您的旅遊諮詢顧問為您辦理後續流程。
§ 如已使用過贈送的 Eurail 電子票免費教學服務，才申請退票，將從退票款項中扣除 TWD500 元教學費用。
