Orange Holiday Europe SIM – Includes Data, Calls, Texts & a European Phone Number

【Usage】

• Includes 30 or 120 minutes of talk time depending on your selected plan. Minutes can be used for calls to other European countries (outside France), receiving calls, and direct calls to Taiwan. 
• Orange is a French telecom provider. Special in-France benefit: If you are in France, all calls made within France or received from any country are free and do not count against your included minutes. 
• Your phone number (starting with +33, a French number) is printed inside the SIM package. After inserting the SIM card in Europe, dial 225 to receive a welcome SMS with your phone number. 
• You must register your SIM on the Orange website within 30 days of activation to keep the number active for 6 months (from the day of activation). Reminder: If you do not plan to use the number regularly in France, do not register it, as local top-up rates in Europe are often higher than what we offer. 

【Mobile Data】

• Orange is a French provider. When using the SIM outside France, roaming must be enabled for internet access. 
• The plan includes 4G/5G roaming data usable in listed eligible European countries; data volume depends on the plan purchased. 
• Hotspot/tethering is allowed. 
• Please use a phone that supports 4G LTE or 5G frequencies. Most phones sold in Taiwan are compatible. However, due to the vast number of device models and firmware variations, we cannot guarantee compatibility for every phone. Please check with your device seller if unsure. 
• While Orange does not restrict tethering, hotspot functionality may vary depending on your phone model, iOS/Android version, or region settings. In case of issues, please contact Apple or your Android phone manufacturer—this is outside the telecom provider’s control. 
• We can only guarantee mobile data usage on the phone with this SIM inserted. We cannot guarantee that your device can share data via hotspot, due to differences in phone models, systems, and configurations. 

【How to Top-Up】

• In France, visit an Orange store and ask a staff member to top up. 
• Purchase a 14-digit Orange top-up voucher from Tabaco shops or supermarkets and dial: #124*(14-digit code)# 
• Online top-up: Go to https://travel.orange.com/en/top-up/orange-holiday-world 
• You must first register your account. 
• Choose credit card top-up, then enter your Orange Holiday number. 
• Select the amount/data package you wish to purchase.

• European mobile data is provided by local telecom networks. Connection quality may vary depending on proximity to cell towers and device compatibility. 
• Unlike Taiwan, Europe has broader regions and less dense base station coverage—thank you for understanding. 
• Fair usage policy applies in Europe. Excessive data use may result in speed reduction or service suspension.

• Plug and play – insert the SIM and it works. 
• Do not insert the SIM before arriving in Europe, or it may activate early and reduce validity. 
• Make sure mobile data and data roaming are turned on. 
• Calling and texting require no setup. If mobile data doesn’t work, please check the APN settings (case-sensitive):

• To check if the SIM is active, try calling your SIM number. 
• If it doesn’t work, weak local signal may be the issue. If your phone previously used other international SIMs (e.g., Japan) with custom APN profiles, please delete them first. 
• We strive to provide the latest pricing and details, but in case of any discrepancy, the official Orange website takes precedence. 
• Supports all SIM sizes: mini SIM, micro SIM, nano SIM. 
• Ensure your phone is unlocked. (Most phones purchased in Taiwan are unlocked, but many phones from Europe/US with contracts may be locked.)
