- The highlight of this tour is our visit to Königssee, a breathtaking emerald lake nestled deep in the steep cliffs of the Bavarian Alps. Towering above the lake is Watzmann, Germany’s second-highest peak. You’ll have time to stroll along the lake's scenic shores and discover the charming lakeside villages that dot this peaceful region.
- On our return journey, we’ll stop at the picture-perfect town of Berchtesgaden, where you’ll have the chance to sample some traditional Bavarian specialties and enjoy the alpine charm of this mountain village.
