Airport Express Coverage

You can take the following airport express trains, which will count as travel days. The rail pass must be activated before use.

Heathrow Express: London Heathrow Airport - London Paddington Station (15-minute journey, every 15 minutes)
Gatwick Express: London Gatwick Airport - London Victoria Station (30-minute journey, every 15 minutes)
Stansted Express: London Stansted Airport - London Liverpool Street Station (42-minute journey, every 15-30 minutes)

Night Trains

You can take the GWR Night Riviera Sleeper (e.g., London - Penzance), but advance reservations and reservation fees are required.

How to Use

Open the "Order Confirmation" email, click the link, fill in the required information, and activate the pass. Once activated, you will see the QR code for the electronic ticket valid for that day. Use this QR code to board the train.

Important reminder: Once activated, the pass cannot be reverted or have its activation date changed. Please confirm the date before activating and using the pass.

Terms of Use

§ 天數/效期：彈性票種 - 使用之天數效期為 1 個月內任選 3, 4, 8 或 2 個月任選 15 天；連續票種 - 連續使用 3, 4, 8, 15, 22 天或 1 個月。
§ 艙等：分為頭等艙及普通艙。
§ 成人票：一般正常票價。
§ 青年票：適用啟用火車通行證時，第一次搭乘火車當日，已滿 16 歲至未滿 26 歲之青年。
§ 熟齡票：適用於乘車時已滿 60 歲。
§ 兒童免費票：一張單人成人票可搭配一張兒童免費票。例：通行證生效當日滿 5 歲未滿 16 歲兒童，可免費與購買「成人個人票」或「熟齡個人票」的一名大人同行。需提供資料開立零元票券、並支付開票手續費。
§ 兒童票：如已使用上列兒童免費票名額，其餘兒童需購買一般兒童票，滿 5 歲未滿 16 歲兒童適用，為成人票半價。
§ 幼兒：未滿 5 歲不佔位幼兒可與大人免費同行，不需開票。
§ 飛達旅遊官網購票不需支付開票手續費，如需旅遊諮詢顧問人工開票，則需另加收開票手續費 10 歐元起。

§ 英格蘭火車通行證可搭乘以下機場快捷列車：Heathrow Express、Gatwick Express、Stansted Express，但須佔旅遊天數，使用前需生效您的火車通行證。Heathrow Express 連接倫敦希斯洛機場 Heathrow Airport 和倫敦帕丁頓火車站 London Paddington Station (15分鐘車程，每 15 分鐘一班車)；Gatwick Express 連接倫敦蓋威克機場 Gatwick Airport 和倫敦維多利亞火車站 London Victoria Station (30 分鐘車程，每 15 分鐘一班車)；Stansted Express 連接倫敦史坦斯特機場 Stansted Airport 和倫敦利物浦街車站 London Liverpool Street Station (42 分鐘車程，每 15-30 分鐘一班車)。
§ 可搭乘 Night Riviera Sleeper 夜車，需事先訂位並支付訂位費。
§ 持頭等艙通行證，效期內可進入 LNER 倫敦東北鐵路 First Class Lounges 頭等艙貴賓室，設有貴賓室的車站有：Berwick / Darlington / Doncaster / Leeds / London King's Cross / Newcastle / Wakefield Westgate / York。
§ 以上依照當地情況可能有變動或調整，請於當地確認。

§ 此票券為電子票，第一次登上火車前或使用額外優惠前，須依照 email 內的說明上網登錄生效。
§ 未持有英國境內 (United Kingdom) 之居留證 (6 個月以上) 的旅客可以購買或使用。
§ 如您持有 1997 前發行之 British National Overseas BNO 英國國民（海外）護照，但未持有英國境內 United Kingdom 之居留證 (6 個月以上) 的旅客，仍可以購買或使用。
§ 凡火車經過的國家必須具備該國的火車通行證及簽證 (包括未下車但列車經過的國家)。
§ 火車通行證並未包含訂位費，搭乘高級高速列車、景觀列車、夜車等，多數規定需事先訂位。即使是不需訂位之長程火車、熱門路線，遇旅遊旺季或特殊節日時，位子容易客滿，建議仍需事先預訂座位，若無訂位請找未標示 ”RESERVED” 的位子乘坐。
§ 不適用以下車種 : 歐洲之星 Eurostar 、泰恩威爾捷運 Tyne and Wear Metro、曼徹斯特輕軌 Manchester Metrolink、Docklands Light Railway (DLR)、倫敦地鐵London Underground trains、巴士、船、私鐵等。
§ 火車通行證須於開立後 11 個月內開始啟用，逾期未啟用將無法退回票價。

§ 未上網生效、完全未使用的火車通行證，方得申請退票。
§ 退票必須在開票日起 11 個月內辦理，退票時，款項須扣除規定的罰金和手續費。
- 罰金：票券上顯示之退票費用比例（若票券無顯示則為 15%）
- 手續費：新台幣 400 元
§ 若您因為罷工、班車延誤、接駁中斷及行李被竊或遺失而蒙受損失，歐洲國鐵與其合作的鐵路單位將無法對您的損失負責。如遇上列緊急事件，您可以依循更改或退票相關規定，洽詢您的旅遊顧問。
§ 如遇票券問題（補票搭乘、罷工、車長不認識該票種...等特殊狀況）需辦理退換票、賠償手續，請務必將所有票券含通行證、訂位卡都帶回存底，以利購票旅行社辦理後續流程。如票券遺失將無法辦理。
