Sunnegga – Rothorn

Best for beginners and families. Gentle blue and red slopes, stunning Matterhorn views, and top-rated mountain restaurants like Chez Vrony and Findlerhof.

Gornergrat – Riffelberg

Scenic railway-accessed area with long intermediate runs and wide blue slopes. Ideal for honing turns and enjoying epic panoramic views.

• Piste 36 (Riffelberg to Furi) : Ski alongside the tracks with epic Matterhorn views and watch the red cogwheel train glide past you – a surreal alpine experience.
• Piste 39 (near Riffelalp) : Gently winds through the forest and snow-covered slopes parallel to the railway – ideal for scenic skiing and photos.

Klein Matterhorn – Glacier Paradise

Europe’s highest ski domain with challenging terrain, glacier skiing, and access to Italy (with International Pass). Not recommended for young kids or first-timers.
