§ 半日票：中午 12:15 後滑雪適用。
§ 兒童票：旅遊日滿 9 歲未滿 16 歲適用。
§ 青年票：旅遊日未滿 20 歲適用。
§ 免費票：旅遊日未滿 9 歲孩童可免費與成人或青年同行，搭乘時需出示護照以示年齡適用。
§ 兌換票券時須出示護照已確認年齡、姓名。
§ 每週六未滿 16 歲兒童可隨持票之成人同行搭乘以上登山纜車、火車、吊纜。

§ 登山前請先確認該山峰是否營業，如遇氣候或不可控之因素將有可能臨時暫停營業。
§ 此票券須於有效出發日期間兌換成正式票券，逾期則自動失效，無法補發或退款。
§ 此票券為兌換券，須於下列兌換處兌換：洛特洪峰底站 Sunnegga-Rothorn Valley Station 或馬特洪峰底站 Zermatt Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Valley Station 兌換。可搭乘- 持票免費的策馬特綠色巴士前往，每 20分鐘從策馬特火車站出發。
§ 兌換時須支付 5 CHF 押金，行程結束後繳回無毀損的嗶嗶卡即可取回押金 5 CHF。卡片可以在策馬特小鎮的葛內拉特 Gornergrat 或洛特洪峰 Rothorn 或冰川天堂 Matterhorn Glacier Paradise 底站（base station）繳回。
§ 纜車營業時間非全年全天營業，營業時間請看 https://www.matterhornparadise.ch/en/Experience/Zermatt-ski-area/Ski-map。

§ 兌換券遺失或遭竊無法要求補發或退款。
§ 出發前七天，可持兌換券辦理退票，退票時，款項須扣除規定的罰金和手續費。
§ 罰金：票券上顯示之退票費用比例（若票券無顯示則為 15%）。
§ 手續費：新台幣 400 元。
