【Baggage Policy】

• 5-Seater Vehicle : Suitable for 1–3 passengers & Maximum baggage capacity :

  3 pieces of 24-inch luggage, or 3 pieces of 26-inch luggage, or 2 pieces of 28–29-inch luggage

  Note: The number of available seats may be reduced depending on luggage volume (includes soft bags; luggage size based on international standards).

• 9-Seater Vehicle : Suitable for 4–7 passengers & Maximum baggage capacity :

  8 pieces of 24-inch luggage, or 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage, or 6 pieces of 28–29-inch luggage

  Note: The number of available seats may be reduced depending on luggage volume (includes soft bags; luggage size based on international standards).

【Waiting Time Policy】

• For Departures (Drop-off Service) : 
  • A 10-minute free waiting time is provided for city pickups.
  • If the passenger fails to show up within the waiting time, the ride will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
• For Arrivals (Airport Pick-up) :
  • A 70-minute free waiting time is provided based on the actual flight arrival time.
