  • The Luggage Door to Door service within Switzerland is ideal for travelers who wish to send their luggage from one accommodation to the next, allowing them to explore Switzerland light and hassle-free.
  • The Swiss Express Group Luggage service is designed for travelers exploring Switzerland who wish to ship their luggage in advance and travel light.
  • Suitable for groups of 10 or more people, with a maximum of 50 luggage items. Each item must not exceed 25 kg. This service is only available for groups traveling within Switzerland by train, bus, or boat.
  • Luggage can be transported between any address in Switzerland, including Zurich Airport.

Usage Instructions

  • To issue a group luggage service voucher, please provide the following details:
    1. Name, address, and contact info of the tour operator
      (or the issuing agency if it's for FIT customers)
    2. Group name
    3. Luggage pick-up date
    4. Requested pick-up time
    5. Exact pick-up address or dispatch station
    6. Luggage delivery date
    7. Preferred delivery time
    8. Exact destination address or station
    9. Estimated number of luggage items
    10. Group size
    11. Description of items (e.g. suitcases, ski equipment, etc.)
    12. Ticket type used for train/bus/boat travel & purchase price
    13. Additional comments or special requests
  • Order Deadline
    • Advance booking is required. Orders must be placed at least 10 working days prior to the desired delivery date, excluding weekends and public/special holidays.
      • Example: If you want your luggage delivered on Monday, July 25, 2022, the latest order date is Monday, July 11, 2022.
    • It is highly recommended to pre-book all necessary luggage services before arriving in Switzerland.
  • Actual delivery time will be confirmed after the order is placed.
  • Upon presenting this voucher, passport, and luggage at the designated hotel, you will receive a white luggage tag and a luggage claim ticket. Please ensure all tags are attached and that the delivery address is accurate.
  • Inform the receiving hotel of the expected arrival time and number of items in advance, so hotel staff can receive the luggage on your behalf if needed.
  • You must present the claim ticket and your passport to retrieve the luggage.
  • This voucher must be used within six months of issuance.

Pricing Information

  • This service is only available to groups traveling in Switzerland using public transportation (train, bus, or boat).
    If the group is not using public transport, and is asked to provide proof locally, a hefty fine may apply.
  • Valid for groups of 10 or more, with a maximum of 50 luggage items.

Helpful Reminders

  • Pickup and delivery locations must have a valid postal address within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be accessible by vehicle. Otherwise, the logistics provider will arrange an alternative location for pickup/delivery and inform you the day before.
  • Issues such as luggage loss, damage, or delay are subject to the Swiss Passenger Transport Act (PTA) and relevant federal passenger transport regulations.
    Please contact the local station or logistics staff immediately and retain all documentation if disputes arise. Contact your travel advisor for further support.

§ 實際行李送達時間將以下單後的回覆為準。
§ 於您預計寄掛行李的飯店出示此兌換券、護照、行李後,將取得「白色行李牌」與「行李提領券」,請務必確認上方的送貨地點無誤,並確認您的每件托運行李都已繫上「白色行李牌」。
§ 提醒您務必預先知會送達飯店行李預計到達的時間、件數,以便在貨運公司無法聯繫上您的情況下,可由飯店人員代領您的行李。
§ 提領行李時,請務必攜帶提領票券與護照得以提領行李。
§ 本票券須於開立後六個月內使用。

【下單期限】
§ 本服務需事先預訂,最晚須在您要「收取」行李的前 10 個工作天下單,不含週末、國定假日,及颱風假等特殊休假日。例如:您希望在 2022 年 7 月 25 日(星期一)收取到您所託運的行李,那麼您最晚必須在 2022 年 7 月 11 日(星期一)預訂本服務。建議您在出發前往瑞士之前,就先透過我們將所有您需要的行李運送服務事先預訂好。

【貼心提醒】
​§ 收貨和送貨點必須在瑞士或列支敦士登有郵政地址,並且適合車輛通行。否則貨運人員會在前一天確認安排時,為您指定合適的收送行李地點。
§ 行李部分或全部丟失、損壞和延遲交付的責任應受瑞士聯邦旅客運輸法 (PTA) 和瑞士聯邦委員會適用的旅客運輸條例管轄。請您務必於第一時間聯繫當地火車站或貨運人員,了解行李運送狀況,若於當地有任何爭議,請搜集相關證明文件,並向您的旅遊諮詢顧問請求協助。
§ 出發前 7 個工作天前可以辦理退票,不含週末、國定假日,及颱風假等特殊休假日,退票時,款項須扣除票價的 15% 作為罰金,並支付退票手續費新台幣 400 元。
§ 此兌換券兌換成實體票券後即不得退換票。
§ 此票券乃有價票券,無論啟用與否,若遺失或遭竊,都無法要求補發或退款。提醒您要將票券如現金、證件般收妥,以確保旅程順利。
§ 若您因為罷工、班車延誤、接駁中斷及行李被竊或遺失而蒙受損失,歐洲國鐵與其合作的鐵路單位將無法對您的損失負責。如遇上列緊急事件,您可以依循更改或退票相關規定,洽詢您的旅遊顧問。
