Applicable Scope

  • The Luggage Door to Door service within Switzerland is ideal for travelers who wish to send their luggage from one accommodation to the next, allowing them to explore Switzerland light and hassle-free.
  • Applicable Cities : 
    • Andermatt, Basel, Bellinzona, Bern, Brig, Chur, Davos
      Geneva, Glattbrugg, Grindelwald, Interlaken, Kosters, Kloten
      Lausanne, Lauterbrunnen, Locarno, Lugano, Lucerne
      Montreux, Opfikon, St. Gallen, St. Moritz, Wilderswil
      Zermatt, Zurich
  • Car-Free Towns : 
    • If either your pickup or delivery accommodation is in a car-free town, you must select the "Car-Free Town" option.
    • "One car-free town" means only the origin or the destination is car-free (e.g., Zermatt → St. Moritz).
    • Applicable car-free towns: Zermatt.

Usage Instructions

  • Eligibility
    • This service is only available to customers holding a valid Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card for
    • the relevant route.
    • Failure to present valid proof when requested locally may result in a substantial fine.
  • Booking Deadline
    • This service must be booked in advance. Orders must be placed at least 10 working days (excluding weekends and public/special holidays such as typhoon days) before the luggage collection date.
    • It is recommended to make all necessary luggage transport bookings before traveling to Switzerland.
  • Luggage Pickup and Delivery Time
    • Luggage must be ready for pickup by 6:00 AM at the hotel lobby. You may also place it in the lobby the night before.
    • Delivery time will be between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM on the same day.
  • Luggage Requirements
    • Each piece of luggage must not exceed 23 kg.
    • All pieces must share the same pickup and delivery address and delivery dates.
    • Not accepted: bicycles, e-bikes
    • Accepted items (must be properly packed):
      • Suitcases
      • Backpacks/handbags
      • Skis, sleds, ski boots, ski poles — all must be securely packed in bags or cases.
  • At your departure hotel, present this voucher, your passport, and your luggage. You will receive a white luggage tag and a luggage claim slip.
    Confirm the delivery location printed on the tag is correct.
    Ensure each piece of luggage has a white tag securely attached.
  • Inform the receiving hotel of the expected delivery time and number of luggage items, in case the delivery company cannot reach you.
  • You must present your claim slip and passport when retrieving your luggage.
  • This voucher must be used within 6 months of issuance.

Pricing Information

  • The pricing includes a fee for the first piece of luggage and an additional fee for each extra piece, up to 3 extra pieces (maximum of 4 total).
  • If you have more than 4 pieces, a new "first luggage" charge applies.
    • Examples:
      • Zurich to Interlaken, 2 pieces: CHF 122 (first piece) + CHF 17 (additional piece) = CHF 139
      • Zermatt to St. Moritz, 2 pieces: CHF 122 + CHF 17 + CHF 30 (Zermatt is a car-free town) = CHF 169
  • You may only book this service from 2 months before departure up to 10 working days before luggage delivery (excluding weekends and public/special holidays).
  • At time of booking, please provide:
    • Name and address of pickup hotel
    • Pickup date
    • Name and address of delivery hotel
    • Expected delivery date
    • Number of luggage items
  • This service does not offer child, youth, or senior ticket discounts.
  • If luggage is added after order confirmation, discounted rates for additional items do not apply.
  • Group bookings for 10+ people must be arranged via a travel consultant.

 

Helpful Reminders

  • Double-check your luggage count when booking. If you add luggage after order confirmation, the discounted rate for extra items will not apply.
  • Groups of 10 or more must consult with a travel consultant for group service arrangements.
  • Pickup and delivery locations must have a valid postal address within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be accessible by vehicle. Otherwise, the logistics provider will arrange an alternative location for pickup/delivery and inform you the day before.
  • Issues such as luggage loss, damage, or delay are subject to the Swiss Passenger Transport Act (PTA) and relevant federal passenger transport regulations.
    Please contact the local station or logistics staff immediately and retain all documentation if disputes arise. Contact your travel advisor for further support.

§ 10 人以上團體行李運送需求請另洽旅遊顧問。
§ 於您預計寄掛行李的飯店出示此兌換券、護照、行李後,將取得「白色行李牌」與「行李提領券」,請務必確認上方的送貨地點無誤,並確認您的每件托運行李都已繫上「白色行李牌」。
§ 提醒您務必預先知會送達飯店行李預計到達的時間、件數,以便在貨運公司無法聯繫上您的情況下,可由飯店人員代領您的行李。
§ 提領行李時,請務必攜帶提領票券與護照得以提領行李。
§ 本票券須於開立後六個月內使用。
§ 此兌換券購入後即不得退、換票。
